What Our Clients Say

The Baxter Project

“The end result is exactly what I wanted, an even more stunning version of what it was before”.

The original double brick house was built in 1896 and the Baxters wanted to enhance the character of the home and make it more comfortable for their family. We faced some challenges when excavating and extending the lower ground floor due to several factors, including tight access, the existing foundations and the age of the building, however we worked through these to create contemporary, light-filed living spaces that respects the heritage of the home.

The Orsini Project

“When I’m sitting downstairs and you look up at what we’ve built together, it’s a very satisfying feeling”.

A classic Californian Bungalow located in Lane Cove that exuded character but was in need of restoration to bring out its best for the Orsini Family. The brief was to restore the traditional features of the home and to extend the back of the house to create a contemporary, open plan living space, with an alfresco entertaining area that captured the views into the city. We excavated downstairs to create further living spaces that linked to the outdoor alfresco, gym, office, wine cellar and pool.
